Thomas Rocco

A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, with an option on intellectual property, and a Master's degree in Internet Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also a graduate of Celsa, a school of communication and journalism.

Having worked in several law firms in the field of intellectual property and new technologies, his practice is mainly focused on assisting market platforms (marketplaces) and e-commerce operators, as well as on the negotiation and litigation of complex IT contracts.

He also regularly handles cases involving personal data, copyright, trademark, consumer law and image rights.

Thomas is a founding member of Tipi Avocats.
