Guillaume Bensussan is an innovation and intellectual property attorney. He has been a member of the New York bar since 2013 and of the Paris bar since 2015.
Guillaume has significant experience in the areas of patent and trade secret law. He assists his clients in their strategies to protect, evaluate and optimize the value of their technical intangible assets.
Guillaume also conducts training sessions to raise awareness about intellectual property issues among staff and managers and proposes upstream strategies to protect their competitive advantages and innovative technologies, in order to facilitate the development and valorization of innovative start-ups.

Charlotte Ibal is an intellectual property lawyer. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016 and holds a Master's degree in Film, Audiovisual and Multimedia Law (Lyon III Jean Moulin University). She is also a graduate of EIMA, and can assist her clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Thanks to her experience in companies (SPPF, Lagardère Active), she has developed a practice in copyright law, particularly in the audiovisual and film sectors, as well as in the tax aspects of these different fields.
Her career has also led her to work in the digital influence sector and its various issues (commercial partnership and transparency, tax organization, etc.).
